Membership plan for weight loss
Initial Free Visit:
Conduct a comprehensive medical history and medication review and see if this practice suits your needs.
Monthly Follow-Up Visits:
Order necessary labs to assess metabolic health. Discuss and select the appropriate weight-loss medication based on the assessment. Schedule monthly appointments to monitor progress, adjust dosages.
Once a month membership fee of $400-$600 (depending on medication) is charged which includes medications and basic labs.
ACUTE care visit
For any acute care visit we charge $200.
Examples of acute care visits include Flu, sore throat, reflux, bronchitis, headache, discuss labs, thyroid issues and many more.
